Senior Developer

We are adding to our team ……. Take responsibility for a fast-paced programming desk. General knowledge of the laser printing and mailing industry is a definite plus but most importantly we want you to be highly organized, a great communicator, experienced with software systems and to be detail oriented.

Start out learning all of the software tools used in our daily project assignments. Grow by cross-training on associated software applications used to produce more complex work products. For the right candidate this position can lead to a project supervision assignment. As you are successful we may expand your role to assist in supervising several integration projects as we upgrade our software and IT systems allowing you to help us migrate to newer technology.

Pay: Range: Based on experience $45k - $80k annually with benefits

Warehouse Specialist

Work Location: 672 Crescent St. Brockton, MA

Full-time  37.5 hours

 

 

  • We are adding to our team ……. Take responsibility for a shipping/receiving warehouse area. General knowledge of the printing and mailing industry is a definite plus but most importantly we want you to be highly organized, a great communicator, good with accounting principles and to be detail oriented. Some prior direct experience is required as well as being able to pass a drug test.
     

    Start out running a dock area that is busy all through your shift but also find time to consolidate stock, reposition shelf locations and do moderate housekeeping. Be accurate with your shipping and receiving computer entries and then as your improvements take hold make yourself available to cross-train in other nearby work areas. For the right candidate this position can lead to a managerial assignment. As you are successful we will expand your role to assist in supervising several team mates doing similar work and will allow you to assist us with our transition to new technology.

    Pay: $21.00 per hour for a first shift 37.5 hour week, with benefits

2nd Shift Assistant Mechanic(2nd Shift)

Work Location: 672 Crescent St. Brockton, MA

Division/Department: Production

Reports to: Production Manager

Full-time  37.5 hours

 

 

  • We are adding to our team ……. Take responsibility for servicing, repairing and maintaining a large selection of production equipment on our second shift. A general knowledge of the printing and mailing industry is a definite plus but most importantly we want you to be highly organized, a great communicator, good with your hands and tools and detail oriented. Some prior direct experience is required as well as being able to pass a drug test.

    Start out training under our first shift master technician learning the intricacies of our systems. All systems are high speed electro-mechanical devices supporting the mailing and printing industry. Many systems are controlled by PC’s and low voltage circuits of photocells and servo-motors. We expect that you will have strong general electro-mechanical knowledge that you can apply to troubleshooting routine problems such as belt replacement, cleaning photocells, pulley and shaft replacements and performing the general tasks of cleaning and maintenance, and performing PC file updates and re-boots. Use of a multi-meter is essential, as is knowing how to quickly diagnose a mechanical problem. Once oriented, you would serve as the shift mechanic for second shift covering 4:00pm to midnight five days per week. As your experience allows take responsibility for making yourself available to cross-train in other nearby work areas. For the right candidate this position can lead to advancement. As you are successful we will expand your role to assist in supervising several team mates and will allow you to assist us with our transition to new technology.

    Pay: $21.00 per hour for second shift 37.5 hour week, with benefits

     Education and/or Work Experience:

    • An Associate’s Degree in a technical field or advanced studies in mechanical or electrical/electronic engineering is preferred
    • Like working quickly to meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude. You should have a desire to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion

    • Forklift experience is preferred

Mailing System Operator – First Shift

Work Location: 672 Crescent St. Brockton, MA

  • We are adding to our team ……. Operate a High Speed Pitney Bowes or Neopost Mailing System Processing Customers’ Daily Mail. General knowledge of Postal Mail Classes and postage metering is a definite plus but most importantly we want you to be a great communicator, good with accounting principles and to be detail oriented. Some prior direct experience is required as well as being able to pass a drug test.

    Start out running a state-of-the-art mailing system processing daily mail for our three top health care customers. Make all entries under the appropriate departmental cost back codes throughout the work shift. Have the accounting skill to reconcile your work to the penny each day. At month’s end produce a full accounting and detailed invoice for each client. As you are successful we will expand your role to assist in supervising several team mates doing similar work and will allow you to assist us with our transition to new technology so that you would be the point of contact for the entire metering operation and chargeback accounting system. This career track evolves for the right candidate to support the company bookkeeper.

    Pay: $17.00 per hour for a first shift 37.5 hour week, with benefits
