New Business/Sales Executive
Summary:
JLS is seeking a sales executive to generate new business for its mailing services, document management and direct mail marketing services. Prefer solutions selling experience with experience selling mailing, lettershop, mailstream, and direct mail marketing solutions. Functional skills need to include the experience and ability to generate leads through telephone contact, networking, follow-up on leads through marketing efforts and understanding the assigned territory and/or industry pillar. Ability to work in a team selling environment, formulate and write proposals is required. Company uses Microsoft suite and Goldmine as its contact management system. Compensation is a combination base salary and commissions with commissions driving the compensation opportunity. Must be sales driven, self-motivated and be comfortable in front of all levels at prospect organizations. Position reports directly to Director of Sales.
Qualifications:
- Solutions/service sales experience required
- Experience generating leads through telephone contact required
- Experience selling mailing, letter shop, document management, printing, or direct mail marketing solutions highly desirable
- New sales person will be part of a growing sales team and be driven to build a book of business
- Ability and desire to reach goals and manage a pipeline required
Education/Experience:

Senior Programmer/Analyst – Brockton, MA
Requirements: Seeking candidate with Master’s degree
in Computer Science or related field and at least 2 years
in software engineering or related field. Experience in
requirements gathering, programming system administration,
database management and web development required. Experience
in mission-critical networked environments required. The
employer will accept any suitable combination of education,
training, or experience.
Duties and Responsibilities: Develop, design, coordinate,
manage and support the development of client or server-based
computer applications using ASP.Net, VB.Net, MS Visual
Basic, Visual Fox Pro, MS SQL, MS Access and Crystal Reports.
Develop and maintain company’s web sites using:
JavaScript, HTML, ASP, and Macromedia Flash. Analyze end-user
requirements, provide system specifications and coordinate
the technical design and development of software solutions.
Oversee the software design and development process, ensure
smooth deployment and provide post-deployment coordination
and support. Design and implement relational databases
using Microsoft's SQL Server and manage the creation of
reporting tools using Crystal Reports. Define and solve
development and implementation problems, collect data,
establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Provide IT
and software development support in the form of database
analysis, database design and web development. Ensure
that all reports and Data Processing SOP are accurate,
comprehensive and well documented. Use common systems
engineering tools and other tools required to perform
and understand systems architecture. Learn new technologies,
advocate their usage where appropriate and lead the implementation
of such technologies into the company’s operations.
Monitor and manage the integrity and the security of the
company intranet. Implement new technologies within the
network environment. Ensure smooth and reliable operation
of the corporate web sites.
