Our data processing group employs expert data processing and programming techniques to create clean, accurate and complete mailing files and to deliver a wide variety of personalization options. We can combine data from many disparate sources and formats. Data is coded for sources, selected for versioning and/or lots, and prepared for output. In addition, our account service staff can assist in acquiring lists and consult on optimization of list sources to help achieve your desired response goals.

The JLS programming staff can develop the reporting needed to both better understand your files and measure results from marketing campaigns. JLS conforms to the strictest data security procedures meeting client requirements, federal and industry regulations, and privacy standards.

Data is protected through routine back-ups, storage in a climate-controlled facility with code locked doors and video monitoring. As the nexus of all our mail-marketing services, our DP professionals have many years' experience in direct mail and are a critical asset for JLS. Coupled with our mail marketing, letter shop, print management, and program management services, JLS can deliver a complete mailing solution.

Lasering Features:

JLS has recently upgraded it's lasering capacity with two brand new Xerox DocuPrint 135ppm printers (see image below) handling: PostScript, PCL, PDL and VIPP protocols. JLS enhanced it's color "on damand" services by additing a brand new Xerox D700 to it's arsenal.
